ABOUT PARQUE CIDADE JARDIM:
Parque Cidade Jardim is a luxury mixed-use residential condominium in São Paulo, situated on a 72,000m² plot. The complex includes 9 residential buildings, Shopping Cidade Jardim, and the Cidade Jardim Corporate Center, offering everything needed for comfort and safety. The residential area spans 40,000m², with each building having independent access, large garages, and an exclusive basement for services. The apartments, ranging from 235m² to 1,885m², feature smart floor plans, spacious rooms, and balconies with views of the city skyline.

CHALLENGE:
The management of Parque Cidade Jardim reached out to ALT (BIRD Design LAB) to recover the brand, as the original symbol had been lost over time, and JHSF no longer had the original files, leaving only printed materials.
SOLUTION:
The solution involved redesigning the symbol from the printed materials by analyzing wire counts and expanding the brand through the creation of a visual identity manual.
