ABOUT:
Parque Cidade Jardim is a luxury mixed-use residential condominium in the city of São Paulo, located on a 72,000m² plot. The complex consists of 9 residential buildings, Shopping Cidade Jardim and Cidade Jardim Corporate Center. Everything to be enjoyed in comfort and safety. The residential area occupies 40 thousand m² of land, where each building has independent access and large garages, in addition to an exclusive basement for services. The apartments, with areas ranging from 235 to 1,885m², have smart floor plans, large rooms and balconies for the city skyline.

CHALLENGE:
The manager of Parque Cidade Jardim contacted ALT (BIRD Design LAB) to recover the brand, where the original symbol had been lost over time and JHSF no longer had the original files, leaving only the printed materials.


SOLUTION:
Redesign of the symbol from the printed materials using the wire count and expansion of the brand with the creation of the visual identity manual.
