ABOUT LAKATOS:
Recognized for its quality standards, LAKATOS is a family-owned company that has been producing high-performance, cost-effective thermoforming machines and molds for almost 50 years. The company serves several niche markets, including industrial, food, automotive, aeronautical, refrigeration, and disposable packaging. Today, the export of thermoforming machines to countries in Latin America is one of the company's main pillars, with operations ranging from Brazil to Mexico.

CHALLENGE:
The challenge was to create a new brand identity that honors the family history and is easy to apply across various touchpoints, from business cards to thermoforming machines.
SOLUTION:
The new brand identity focuses on adopting the family name as a key element of the brand's evolution. "LAKATOS," of Hungarian origin, refers to historical professionals who crafted steel parts. The new communication strategy reflects the principles that guide the company's performance: innovation, quality, and tradition. The graphic symbol is the letter "K" in red, symbolizing molded steel.
