ABOUT HERSIL:
Managing high-end condominiums for over 16 years, Hersil treats each new development as if it were the first, providing clients with excellence, exclusivity, and transparency. Our meticulous planning focuses on delivering administrative ease to our portfolio buildings, managing everything from initial setup to monthly financial reporting, including hiring, expense forecasts, and budget planning. Hersil emphasizes personalized attention for every business, offering an on-site manager at each condominium to facilitate communication and service coordination. We prioritize optimal costs, timelines, and benefits, providing comprehensive support in financial, legal, commercial, technical, operational, human resources, and visual communication areas, optimizing property routines and maintaining peak operational efficiency.
CHALLENGE AND SOLUTION:
Our challenge with Hersil was to completely revitalize their brand. We undertook a logo redesign, adjusting spacing and typography to ensure perfect harmony across all applications, both physical and digital. Given the diversity of materials used in each managed building, we also developed a comprehensive visual identity manual. This manual expands the color palette and establishes clear application guidelines, always focusing on the quality and sophistication required in property management and aligned with the brand's context.
